TMG The Medical Tourism Guide
About the guide

I live here. I visit every clinic myself.

The Medical Tourism Guide is researched and hosted by its founder — a Canadian who moved to Medellín, owns a home here, and is doing the clinic-by-clinic homework most patients can't do from abroad: walking the facilities, checking registrations against Colombian professional registries, and asking practitioners the questions you'd ask, on camera.

How this works

On the ground

Based in Medellín full-time, not reviewing from a laptop abroad. Every flagship listing starts with an in-person visit.

On the record

Practitioners sit for filmed interviews — training, complication handling, what they refuse to do, and how aftercare works when you fly home.

On your side

Independent and informational. No clinic pays to be listed, and any future commercial relationship will be disclosed on every affected page.

A note on scope. I'm a researcher and interviewer, not a physician. Nothing here is medical advice — the guide exists so you can do better research before talking to licensed professionals.

The series

Each country the guide covers gets its own show — same format, local flavor: clinic tours, credential checks, price conversations, and practitioner interviews. Medellín is season one. Follow along on YouTube and Instagram as episodes release.
